Laurentides Immobilier — an independent platform connecting the public with real estate brokers holding a valid license from the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ).

Nature of the service

Laurentides Immobilier is not a real estate broker and does not act as one. We connect residents and buyers with independent brokers or agencies duly licensed by the OACIQ, who alone are authorized to perform brokerage acts under Québec's Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

OACIQ framework

• Every partner broker holds a valid OACIQ license, verifiable on the OACIQ public registry.
• Real estate transactions are carried out by the partner broker, in accordance with the applicable regulations on brokerage conditions, ethics and advertising.
• Any complaint about a broker can be filed with the OACIQ (Info OACIQ: 450 462-9800 or oaciq.com).

All content (text, images, trademarks, code) is protected. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

The site is hosted on cloud infrastructure that complies with the requirements applicable in Québec.
