1. Nature of the service

Laurentides Immobilier is an intermediary lead-generation platform. The site is not a real estate broker and does not hold an OACIQ licence. It connects visitors with independent real estate brokers holding a valid OACIQ licence.

2. Acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information.
• You must not attempt to access unauthorized areas or disrupt the site.
• Abuse (spam, automated scraping, rate-limit circumvention) may result in blocking.

3. Role of the broker

Once your inquiry is transmitted, any contractual relationship is formed directly between you and the partner broker. The broker alone is responsible for brokerage services under Québec's Real Estate Brokerage Act and OACIQ rules.

4. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Laurentides Immobilier does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the full accuracy of indicative content (prices, ranges, neighborhood descriptions). Real estate decisions rest with you and your broker.

5. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, trademarks, code) is protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Privacy and cookies

Processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy policy and Cookie policy, compliant with Law 25.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec (Canada). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant judicial district in Québec.
